They learn so young...

The other day I was talking to Landon about how in another month he will be turning from two years old to three years old. I told him we would have a birthday party for him and asked him what kind of party he wanted. (I'm thinking, Thomas the Train, Diego, etc.) Without missing a beat he spread his arms wide open and said "Big party". I guess next time I'll have to be a little clearer in the questions I ask!

I think that was a reasonable answer!
A Big party sounds fun, don't you think!

Very cute--you never know what these little ones are going to come up with! Also enjoyed seeing your wedding picture. Since it has been a few years since we've seen each other, there are some missing pieces of the puzzle--last time I saw you, you were a college student. Now you are married with two kids! How did you and Bryan meet, get together, etc? Would love to hear about it--I always love a story!

Hey Cara, I understand what you mean. I knew you and Jamey were getting married, but the next time I connect with you, you guys have 4 kids and are living in West Virgina! How did that come about? Err, the West Virginia part, not the kids part!

Anyway, I didn't meet Bryan until I was 27. After living in KC and OKC for awhile after finishing college at Southern Nazarene Univ., I moved back to Tulsa and had been here a couple years before we met. I had just bought my first house and a friend told me that as sure as I did that, I would meet the man I was supposed to marry. I moved in on Memorial Day weekend and he was visiting my church (First United Methodist) that Sunday and that's when we met. We started dating about a month later and were married the next November. And the rest is history!

Jeff & Lisa, I will be watching your blog for pictures of your visit to Ohio! I'm so glad you all get to be with the family. I hope you have a safe trip there and back!
